Checkout runs on Shopify's secure platform, and your card details go straight to the payment processor, never to us.
Ways to pay
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices and browsers
- PayPal, where it is offered at checkout
The options shown at checkout depend on your country and device. All prices are charged in US dollars; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee.
How your payment is protected
- Every page of the site and checkout is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- Card payments are handled by Shopify Payments or our other payment partners, which are certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for card security.
- We never see or keep your full card number or security code.
- Transactions are screened automatically for fraud, and your bank may ask you to confirm a purchase with a code or app.
When you are charged
We collect payment at the moment an order goes through. If we have to cancel all or part of an order, the amount is refunded to the same card or wallet.
Spotting scams
We will never ask for your card number, password or a payment code by email or text message. Our emails come from an address ending in @oriolecroft.com. If you receive something suspicious that uses our name, please forward it to info@oriolecroft.com.
Billing questions
If a charge looks unfamiliar or doubled, email info@oriolecroft.com with the date and amount and we will look into it quickly. Our customer service email is available 24/7.
