One flat rate, a free-shipping line that is easy to reach, and a tracking link on every parcel. Here is what happens between checkout and your doorstep.

Rates

The free-shipping line is based on the order total of products, after any discount. Two trays at $54.99 each come to $109.98, so a pair ships free.

Timing

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Busy seasons such as the weeks before Thanksgiving and Christmas can add a few days, so order early for a hostess gift.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your tray leaves us, you receive an email with the carrier and a tracking link. Tracking can take a day to show movement after the first scan.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide to any address our carriers can reach, including PO boxes in most regions. Please double-check your address at checkout; if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange resending at the flat rate.

Duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the United States may be charged import duties, VAT or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are paid by the recipient on delivery. We cannot predict them exactly, but your local customs office can give you an idea.

Packaging

Each tray travels flat in a snug box with corner protection, so the rim and handles arrive as they left us.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stops moving for more than 7 business days, or your tray arrives damaged, email info@oriolecroft.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for returns.
