These terms set out how buying from Oriolecroft works, from the moment you browse to the day a tray arrives on your table. They are long because we would rather be clear than brief.

Who we are and what these terms cover

Oriolecroft (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the online shop at oriolecroft.com, run by ACCORD GROUP (HONG KONG) HOLDINGS LIMITED. These Terms of Service apply whenever you visit the site, create an order, sign up for our emails or write to us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site or buy from us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the details you give us are true and that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.

Our products and how we describe them

We sell rectangular wooden serving trays printed with artwork we created ourselves. We work hard to show each design accurately, but screens differ, and printed color on a sealed wood surface can look a shade warmer or cooler than it does on your monitor. Natural variation in the wood grain of the rim and handles means no two trays are exactly alike. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly from tray to tray.

Our trays are made for serving and display. They are not cutting boards, trivets or cookware, and the care guidance on each product page forms part of the product description.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the price of the tray only. Shipping is added at checkout: a flat $7.99 per order, or free when your order totals $100 or more. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient. Prices can move, yet a confirmed order keeps the price you saw at checkout.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation. We will always tell you by email if this happens.

Placing an order

Submitting checkout makes an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we send an email confirming that it has been received and payment has cleared. We may decline or cancel an order in limited situations, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if a shipping address cannot be served. If we cancel, any payment taken is refunded to the original method.

Payment

Payments are processed at checkout by Shopify and its approved payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. By submitting payment you authorize us to charge the total shown, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

Changes and cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to change a design or address, email info@oriolecroft.com as soon as possible. We can usually adjust an order that has not yet been packed; once it has shipped, the Refund Policy applies instead.

Shipping and risk

We ship worldwide as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership of the tray passes to you when we hand it to the carrier; if it goes missing or arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we will put it right as set out in the Shipping and Refund policies.

Returns and refunds

You may return a tray within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first so we can confirm the steps, then send it to our registered company address. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law where you live.

Our artwork and your use of the site

Every design on our trays, and the photographs, text and layout of this site, belong to ACCORD GROUP (HONG KONG) HOLDINGS LIMITED or are used with permission. Feel free to browse and pass along links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or print our designs, or use them to train or prompt any software, without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, no automated scraping, no use of it to send spam or to break any law.

Reviews, messages and ideas you send us

If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you confirm it is yours to share and does not break anyone else's rights. You give us a free, non-exclusive license to use it in connection with our shop, for example by showing a review on a product page. We will not publish your email address or full name without asking.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to services we do not run, such as payment providers or carrier tracking pages. Those outside services follow their own terms and privacy rules, and their content is theirs, not ours.

Warranties

We promise that each tray will match its description and be free from defects in materials and printing when it reaches you. Apart from that promise and any rights you have by law, the site and our products are provided “as is”. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or loss of data, arising from your use of the site or our products. For any claim tied to an order, the most we will owe is what you paid for that order. Where the law forbids a limit, as with injury caused by negligence or with fraud, no limit here applies.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the site, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as severe weather, strikes, carrier disruption, pandemics or outages at our service providers. If one of these affects your order, we will tell you and offer a refund if the delay becomes unreasonable.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Before starting any formal claim, please write to info@oriolecroft.com so we have the chance to resolve the matter; most problems are settled within a few emails. If we cannot agree, the courts of Hong Kong SAR will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory right you have to bring a claim where you live.

Changes to these terms

These terms get revised now and then. The version shown here, with its date at the top, applies to orders placed from that date. Orders already confirmed stay under the terms that applied when you placed them.

Severability and entire agreement

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms and the policies they mention are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site and your purchases.
