Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to take your order, deliver your tray and keep the shop running well, plus a little marketing data you can switch off. This page names every kind of information and every main service involved.

Who is responsible

ACCORD GROUP (HONG KONG) HOLDINGS LIMITED runs Oriolecroft and is responsible for the personal information collected through oriolecroft.com. You can reach us about privacy at info@oriolecroft.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email address and the trays you buy.
  • Messages: anything you write when you email us, such as a return request or a question about a design.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the date you joined.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browsing details: IP address, browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived on the site and roughly where you are, based on your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar tools that keep your bag working, remember preferences and help us measure visits and ads.

Payment information

Card and wallet details are entered on a secure checkout and handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded plus limited details such as the card type and last four digits, never the full number.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and track your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
  • To answer your emails and keep a record of what we agreed.
  • To send our newsletter if you asked for it (every email has an unsubscribe link).
  • To understand which pages and designs are popular and improve the shop.
  • To show our ads to people likely to enjoy our trays, and to measure whether those ads work.
  • To prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

The services that handle your data

  • Shopify hosts our store, runs the checkout and stores order records on our behalf. Shopify's own privacy policy explains how it treats that information.
  • Our payment processor (Shopify Payments, and PayPal or other wallets where offered) handles card and wallet payments and screens transactions for fraud.
  • The Meta pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, records visits and purchases on our site so we can measure and target ads on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Shipping carriers receive your name, address and sometimes your email so they can deliver and send tracking updates.
  • Email tools built into Shopify send order updates and, if you opted in, our newsletter.

We share information only with these kinds of providers, with professional advisers where needed, and with authorities when the law requires it. If our business were ever sold or merged, customer records could pass to the new owner under the same protections.

Advertising and “sharing”

Using the Meta pixel for targeted ads may count as “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information under some US state laws. We do not sell customer lists for money. You can opt out of this advertising use at any time; see Your Privacy Choices.

Cookies

Some cookies are essential: without them the bag and checkout would not work. Others are for analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and where the law requires, we ask for your consent through a banner before non-essential cookies load.

How long we keep it

Tax and bookkeeping rules decide how long order records stay on file, which is generally about seven years. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Email conversations are kept for about three years after they end, in case a question comes up again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut and other US state residents have rights under their state laws, and people in the UK and European Economic Area have rights under data protection law. To use any of them, email info@oriolecroft.com. We will reply within the time the law allows and will not treat you differently for asking.

International transfers

Our company is based in Hong Kong and our service providers operate in several countries, including the United States. When information moves between countries we rely on our providers' contractual and security safeguards.

Security

Checkout pages are encrypted, access to order data is limited to the people who need it, and our providers maintain their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password on your email account and let us know if anything looks wrong.

Children

Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will also be announced on the site.
